Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan. 13X9 inches.

Step 2

Stir all ingredients until blended. Spread in pan.

Step 3

Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown, cut into 2-inch squares; cut squares diagonally in half into triangles.

We thoroughly enjoyed this recipe! I did not use the salt but added No Salt and a wee bit cayenne. Made this into a casserole and baked it for about 40 minutes. The top was beautifully browned. Great way to have zucchini! Thank you for sharing another recipe that will see many repeats!

Wow, we really enjoyed this zucchini dish. It was excellent, great flavors and wonderful textures. Soft, tender and delicious, with just a hint of the biscuit mix... so very good. Thanks for sharing a new family favorite. Made FYC tag game.
