Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mash up your bananas.
Step 2
Add the egg, oil, and vanilla and mix well.
Step 3
Add in the dry ingredients and gently fold it in until just combined. Don’t over mix.
Step 4
Fold in the shredded zucchini.
Step 5
Bake for 350 degrees for 45 minutes (my oven is wonky check yours).
