"This is a very easy recipe to make - Once it is all together in the crock pot it minds itself until you want to serve it. This is not a pretty dish but to me it is pure comfort food. I like to fork mash all the ingredients on the plate - let all the flavours meld together. Serve with a spicy german mustard."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Prepare the onion and place on the bottom of the crock pot.

Add the chops, single layer.

Add apples, garlic and potatoes.

Season with the pepper.

Pour in the apple juice.
Step 7
Sprinkle on the brown sugar.

Turn crock pot to low for apprx 5 hours.
