Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
In a food processor, blend the Oreo cookies until finely crushed. Add the butter and blend.
Step 3
Press the crumbs into a 9x9 pan packed firmly.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla till smooth.
Step 5
Melt 2 squares of the white chocolate and add to the cream cheese and mix well. Add the eggs one at a time and blend well.
Step 6
Pour over crust and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the center is almost set.
Step 7
Let cool for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Spread strawberry preserves over the top. Melt the remaining square of chocolate and drizzle over the top.
Step 9
Place in the fridge and let cool for 4 hours.
Step 10
Slice into squares and serve.
