Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup salsa in a large bowl using your hands, then press into a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Step 3
Bake for 30 minutes, until cooked through.
Step 4
Spread remaining 1/2 cup salsa over the top, and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Step 5
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
