I love tuna and was looking for a great recipe to try. This one was a great choice. Loved the sweetness and spicy in this, as they always please my palate! The ginger tasted so good with all the other ingredients and resulted in a delicious experience. Nothing overpowering, and just a great dinner choice all the way around. I grilled a rather thick fillet for 3 minutes on each side, and it came out perfectly pink and flaky, just the way I like it. Thank you for sharing this delicious recipe with us Ellie! Linda

They were great flavored kabobs. I made just enough for my hubby and I. He really liked them, so I will save to have again.
