"My friend made these years ago for a luncheon and I haven't had them since. Now, I've got a craving, so pieced together a bunch of different recipes to try to replicate what I remember. This can also be called a Tuna Melt, but Bunwich sounds more fun!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the tuna, celery, onion, olives, mayo, pepper and worcestershire sauce.
Step 2
Spread tuna mixture on bun bottoms, sprinkle cheese on tuna, replace tops.
Step 3
Wrap in foil.
Step 4
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Step 5
Alternative 1: cook on grill over indirect heat.
Step 6
Alternative 2: wrap in wax paper or loosely covered dish and microwave until cheese melts.
