"This is a great appetizer to have any time you have to make something to bring somewhere or if your looking for a great snack to share with family and company. It's great as a topping for cucumber slices or celery sticks, but I love it with flat pretzels, pita chips, bagel rounds and Ack Mack crackers. Of course you can use any type of crackers that you like. The nuts give the ball a nice flavor and crunch. You can add in some fresh chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper to give it more flavor. Let the ball sit for a spell, and it's okay to keep it in the fridge overnight so all the flavors can meld together. I sometimes use regular onions in place of green onion, and sometimes I add diced green olives too. They go so good together. You can add in some of Emeril's Essence or dill, or a squeeze of lemon for even more flavor. It will be a hit no matter what you choose to add in!"
