Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.

Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Place tilapia on prepared sheet pan.

Layer two tortillas, then top with a piece of tilapia. Finish with cilantro, onion and squeeze of lime. Repeat for remaining three tacos. Enjoy, refrigerating any leftovers.
