"OMG, I love this stuff!!! This Thai sauce combines the flavor of sweet, sour, salty and spicy into a truly delicious dipping sauce for hot or cold Spring Rolls, Egg Rolls, Firecracker Shrimp, Sushi etc. It is also delicious on chicken and pork chops baked in the oven, and I have even used it as a dressing over a fresh chopped salad along with different Thai entrees, so the sky is the limit as to what you use it for really. It is not a thick sauce, just to let you know, but you can thicken it with a little cornstarch and water if you want to. You can store it in the fridge for a week or so."
