I didn’t know what to expect — and I loved it. I had a yellow bell pepper so I subbed that for the red one. I had about 4 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce in the bottom of a jar in the refrigerator, so I added the vinegar to that until I could shake it and get everything off the sides, added some salt and pepper, and dressed the salad. I did me (haha -- your description was funny) and omitted the extra sugar because my jarred sauce was already pretty sweet (I’m sure every brand is different).
