"The Texas Hot Diner in Wellsville New York has been serving hotdogs and more for over 100 years. They now have posted the recipe for their famous Texas Hot sauce on their website. But in the 1940’s they would give it out to favorite customers after swearing them to secrecy. One customer was their FIL and MIL after he returned from WWII. I posted the original recipe and directions. The amount of salt they use might be to much for today, and the tomato sauce can has changed size, use more. Served over hamburgers and hot dogs."
