Step by Step Method
Step 1
Prepare the sauce: Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend well until combined. Chill

Prepare the beef and phyllo: Brown ground beef, drain and stir in taco seasoning. Set aside. Heat phyllo shells according to package directions.
