Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place lemon juice in large bowl.

Step 2

Remove cores from apples and discard.

Step 3

Chop apples and coat in lemon juice to prevent oxidation.

Step 4

Stir in raisins, pecans, and coconut.

Step 5

Drizzle honey over mixture and blend well.

Step 6

Add marshmallows and stir.

Step 7

Fold in whipped topping, and chill.

Super Yummy! I love the flavors going on in this! I used larger chunks of Honeycrisp apples, larger chunks of pineapple with some juice, less nuts, dried cranberries instead of raisins, and my special Tupelo honey. I'm not sure the cream really needed to be whipped, as it just flattened out. Thanks for this fabulous recipe Sue! Made for the Billboard and Summer Vacation recipe tag games.
