Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300F.
Step 2
Toss raisins, unsalted peanuts, butter toffee peanuts, sesame sticks and corn nuts in a bowl.
Step 3
Beat egg white util frothy.
Step 4
Add the hone and beat again.
Step 5
Stir in spices and pour over trail mix.
Step 6
Spread the mix on a baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes, then stir.
Step 7
Continue baking for 15 minutes more.
Step 8
Let cool on the pan, break apart, and test for salt if needed.
