Step by Step Method
Step 1
Prepare vegetables cutting into serving size pieces, sprinkle with 1/2 cup salt and let stand for three hours
Step 2
Rinse well with cold water to remove salt
Step 3
Brine Mix: Mix and bring to a boil
Step 4
Put vegetables in sterilised jars, cover with boiling brine and seal
