"This is great for making vinaigrette or wathever else calls for strawberry vinegar. I make big batches of this at a time as it keeps for a very long time."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a large re-sealable plastic bag and refrigerate for 3 days.
Step 2
Strain the juices through a fine sieve into a large container.
Step 3
Pour into an airtight container and store in a cool dark place until ready to use. I keep mine in mason jars.
Step 4
*NOTE* The strained strawberries are great drizzled with sugar.
