"A great tasting recipe I found in the June 2012 issue of Everyday Food magazine. I make this lovely chicken recipe often and we love it. I do sometimes add a bit of fresh grated ginger to the glaze. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free Worcestershire sauce."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 Fahrenheit, with rack in upper third.
Step 2
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 teaspoon salt, juice concentrate, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce, bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until mixture has thickened 18-20 minutes; set aside.
Step 3
Meanwhile, season chicken with salt and pepper and arrange, skin side down, on a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake until deep golden brown and cooked through, 45-50 mins, flipping halfway through.
Step 5
Heat the broiler.
Step 6
Transfer chicken to a large bowl, add glaze, and toss to coat.
Step 7
Drain off fat from sheet.
Step 8
Return chicken to sheet and broil until sauce is bubbling and chicken is dark brown in spots, 1-2 mins
