"A layered bean dip, with a top layer that resembles the American flag. Perfect for an Independence Day celebration! Cook time is chill time. This is EASY to make and it's always eaten fast. Servings depends on how much people scoop onto their plates. If vegetarian, use vegetarian refried beans."
