Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok or skillet, medium heat, add garlic and onions, saute for 8 minutes or until the onions are translucent

Mix the cayenne with the black beans and add to the skillet for about 1 minutes

Add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, saute 2 minutes
