Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Salt and pepper the ribs and then roast them on a rimmed baking sheet for 1 hour.
Step 3
While ribs are cooking make the sauce by combining the sauce ingredients (soy sauce - five-spice powder) in a saucepan over medium heat and then let simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce is reduced to 2 cups.
Step 4
Brush sauce over roasted ribs and then continue roasting for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Cut into individual ribs and sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired and serve with remaining sauce.
