Step by Step Method

Step 1

Trim crusts and soak bread in milk.

Step 2

Mix bread, crushed garlic, freshly grated nutmeg, finely minced parsley egg, and salt and pepper

Step 3

Add ground beef.

Step 4

Form meat into small walnut size meatballs.

Step 5

Roll meatballs in flour.

Step 6

Cut onion into rings.

Step 7

Heat olive oil in heavy pan.

Step 8

Cook meatballs until browned; remove from pan.

Step 9

Add more olive oil. Brown onions lightly .

Step 10

Add meatballs back to pan with the sliced stuffed green olives. Add wine and chicken stock. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes

I chose this because I love olives and I had a whole jar full. Guess what I just realized I forgot to add? Yep olives! But I made enough for another meal, will add them then! Regardless - this was delicious!
