"This simple Southern version of Macaroni and Cheese is sure to please even the picky eaters in the family. Kids and adults love its gooey creamy cheesy texture and taste. This is served at most gatherings and parties in our Southern homes and is a comfort food loved by all. I have heard from others you can use low fat versions of everything, but I can't guarantee how it will come out. Try it at your own risk."
