"This recipe makes 1-2 cookies but you can easily double it to make a few more or triple it to make even more. Not only is this a great sweet but it's healthy to boot! I found this recipe at Chocolate Covered Katy blog. I love the idea of this and it will come in so handy!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients.

Step 2

Add peanut butter and wet ingredients. Mix well, and form into 1 or 2 cookies.

Step 3

Flatten into cookie shapes and bake in a preheated oven, at 350 degrees F, for 8-10 minutes.

Step 4

Note: if you use liquid sweetener, it’ll be more cake-y. If you use the sugar, it’ll be more chewy.
