Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook noodles in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.
Step 2
Drain.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat butter add onions and celery.

Season lightly.

Cook until opaque.

Add flour but don't brown.
Step 7
Add stock and gravy packet.
Step 8
Simmer until thickened.

Add in turkey and peas (if sauce is really thick, add undrained peas and if loose, drain them).

Add in drained noodles.

Season to taste.

Pour into Pam sprayed 9x13 casserole.

Bake at 400 degrees 30 minutes.
