Step by Step Method
Step 1
Slice all veggies.
Step 2
Place olive oil in a small frying pan and heat until hot over medium heat.
Step 3
Add veggies to the oil. Saute with a lid on for about 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the spices and continue to cook with lid on until tender. (about 4 minutes).
Step 5
Add the balsamic vinegar, and stir to coat veggies.
Step 6
Serve!
