Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large saucepan, melt butter and oil. Add onions and peppers and saute till onions are translucent.

Add sausage pieces and saute till browned.

Add the rest of the ingredients, stir well, cover and cook on medium-low till potatoes are fork-tender but not mushy. By this time, the sausage will be cooked through also. Enjoy with a crusty piece of bread.
