"We enjoyed this fish - and it was easy! served with a tossed salad. 5 smart points/serving I used the herbs that are in my garden - parsley, chives and oregano. Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Using a food processor puree the yogurt with the herbs, lemon juice and salt.
Step 3
Place salmon skin side down on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Pour or spread yogurt mixture over the salmon.
Step 4
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is done and cooked through.
