Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place all the ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor and pulse a few times until beans start to break up.

Step 2

With food processor running, slowly add the olive oil and continue to run until mixture is pureed.

Step 3

Refrigerate a couple of hours before serving to allow the flavours to meld.

Step 4

Serve with your favourite crackers.

Love, love the simplicity of this dip, but, oh man, is it ever good. Earthy, herbaceous and just dang delicious! We had it with home-made pita chips and eating it by the spoonful is good too! Thank you, Bea, for sharing!
