"This is a recipe I have not tried yet. I was at my client's house and looking through some cookbooks. I came across this one in an unmarked book. Thought it sounded good so jotted it down to try sometime. There were no measurements 9except bay leaf) for the seasonings so I just put something down. You go by your taste. "

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a deep skillet saute onion, peppers, and celery in butter till tender.
Step 2
Add beef and cook till brown.
Step 3
Drain and put back in skillet.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients and still well.
Step 5
Bring to boil, stir and cover.
Step 6
Simmer about 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 7
Serve immediately.
Step 8
If the soup is not served immediately it will require extra broth because the rice will absorb the liquid.
