Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix the cheese, beans, celery, onions and bell peppers.

Step 2

Mix sauce and fold into bean mixture.

Step 3

Pour into Pam sprayed 1 quart casserole.

Step 4

Bake at 350 degrees F oven covered for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Top with chips.

Step 6

Bake uncovered 5 minutes.

This casserole makes for a delicious staple to any meal. Went very well with our chicken dinner rounding it out perfectly. I did make slight adjustments, such as, adding additional chile powder, and to use up celery in the fridge, added about 2 cups. Also in place of corn chips, used crushed Nacho chips. Good stuff, Dee, Thank you!
