"Not as tasty as aioli made from freshly made ingredients from scratch but if you forgot to make that ahead of time or need some at the last moment, this will do in a pinch. I use this as a sandwich spread, dip for a variety of foods such as fish or potatoes."

Really good and quick. If you had time, fresh garlic would make it even better. I used double the lemon and the high end on the garlic powder. I used this to dip leftover tortilla de patata in - but I could see it improving the flavor of anything where you would be using plain mayo.
