"Supposed to be a Nancy Reagan recipe. She used stuffing in recipes before. This makes a huge amount of meatloaf (probably for game day entertaining). You could cut it in half or freeze some. They had 2 tablespoons of salt and of pepper. Wowsers, I'm not,but you can. Folks said it tasted salty, go figure."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients except ketchup together in a large bowl until just combined.

Step 3

With your hands, form 20 individual football-shaped loaves.

Step 4

Place loaves in a large cake pan or baking sheet. Spread a layer of ketchup, as thick as desired, over each loaf.

Step 5

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until fully cooked through.
