Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook egg noodles until al dente.

Step 2

Save 1/2 cup pasta water.

Step 3

Drain.

Step 4

Meanwhile, brown meat and onion.

Step 5

Add chili powder and tomato paste.

Step 6

Add all other ingredients, but only half the cheese.

Step 7

Add a little pasta water.

Step 8

Put cooked ingredients in Pam sprayed casserole dish.

Step 9

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.

Step 10

Approximately 15 minutes before removing from oven, add leftover cheese to the top.

Tastes great! It looked a little dry, even with the added pasta water, so I added more pasta water. This was so easy and turned out to be delicious.
