Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook the potatoes and carrots until soft, drain
Step 2
In the pot, add the butter and melt and saute the onion till tender.
Step 3
Add the flour and cook one minute. At this point stir in the milk.
Step 4
Add the potatoes and the carrots and mash together until smooth.
Step 5
Add the salt and pepper.
