Step by Step Method

Mix lemon juice, sugar and mayonnaise, then add onions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, boil 4 large potatoes skins on, until soft but firm; drain.
Step 3
Take skin off potatoes.
Step 4
Cut potatoes thinly.
Step 5
Pour the dressing mixture over the potatoes.
Step 6
Salt to taste.
Step 7
Chill.
