Step by Step Method
Step 1
Season the tenderloin with salt & pepper
Step 2
Rub the pesto sauce on all sides of the tenderloin.
Step 3
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap
Step 4
Place in fridge overnight or for about 12 hours
Step 5
Pre-heat oven to 375F
Step 6
Roast the pork for apprx 45 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 160f
Step 7
Let it rest for 5 minutes, slice and serve
