Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan forced.
Step 2
Grease 6 x 1 cup ovenproof dishes and place on an oven tray.
Step 3
Whisk cream, stock, half the cheese and half the paprika in a large bowl and add potato and onion and toss to combine and the divide mixture among the prepared dishes.
Step 4
Sprinkle potatoes with remaining cheese and remaining paprika and bake for 60 minutes or until tender and then let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
