Oven Baked Breaded Chicken
"This is a breading recipe I concocted a while back. It is similar to “Shake ‘n’ Bake” style chicken but much better. This tastes just as good as deep-fried, if not better. I do make this recipe with cutlets also, but the cook time is much less, about 30 minutes, depending on how thick they are. The recipe can actually bread more than 4 pieces."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Drizzle chicken pieces with oil and rub into each piece.
Step 2
Combine remaining ingredients, except for chicken, in a plastic bag.
Step 3
Place chicken pieces in breading bag and toss to coat.
Step 4
Place on a foil lined baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until cooked.
