Step by Step Method
Step 1
Simmer the potatoes and cream together, covered on very low heat, watch that it doesn't boil over because it will try!
Step 2
Stirring it often so doesn't burn.
Step 3
Mash slightly when done so thickens up.

Season to taste and add dill, lots and lots of dill.
Step 5
Mix.
