We just love a good salad and this one was right up our alley! My gorgonzola had turned bad so it was substituted with chevre goat cheese, a bit of parmesan and feta. Upped the garlic powder, white pepper and celery seed to suit our taste. We felt like it needed some acid, so added white wine vinegar. To the salad greens, added regular additions of cucumber, tomato, red bell peppers, and onion. Heavens, it all tasted great. Thanks so much, Dee, for sharing.
