Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place all the ingredients except poppy seeds, in the order listed into a food blender.
Step 2
Start blender on slow, increase speed gradualy, blend on high for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add poppy seed blend on medium speed for a few seconds.
Step 4
Pour into a microwaveable bowl.
Step 5
Cook 2 minutes on high.
Step 6
Whisk to keep mixture smooth.
Step 7
Microwave an additional 2 minutes.
Step 8
Keeps well in the fridge.
