My husband LOVES lima beans and these were no exception. I used a yellow bell pepper instead of green. I did need to add a bit more salt and chili powder than the recipe called for -- could be a preference. It was dry in the pan until I added a few splashes of water, then a nice sauce coated the beans and vegetables. Thanks for sharing a nice recipe!
