Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400-degrees F.
Step 2
Place ham slice into a greased flat casserole and stud fat on edges with cloves. Spread mustard over ham slice. Mix grape juice and maple syrup and pour over ham.
Step 3
Bake for 45 minutes or until ham is browned and bubbly. Serve with pan juices.
NOTE: This is what they suggest to serve it with. Sounds wonderful to me: Place sweet potatoes in the oven to bake with the ham. Rolls - heated during the last part of the baking time - and apple salad could finish up the menu.
