"Grilled with a nice charred flavor and exotic spice, these go great with a salad and a side of couscous. You can also cook these under the broiler as well as the grill. You may find I have a great many recipes of this type as I am a big fan of koftas, keftas, grilled meatballs and kebabs. You can also shape this kind of thing like burger patties and serve them on a bun."
