Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.

Spoon the pumpkin, can be canned, brown sugar, white sugar and molasses into a bowl and blend ingredients thoroughly.

Step 3

Beat in the eggs.

Step 4

Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and cream.

Step 5

Blend ingredients thoroughly.

Step 6

Pour the mixture into the crust.

Step 7

Bake for 8 minutes.

Step 8

Reduce the heat to 325 degrees F and continue baking for 55-60 minutes or until set. (When a knife inserted comes out clean)
