Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cut all the cucumbers, tomatoes, onion and chili pepper in small pieces and place in a serving bowl.

Step 2

Add the can of mushrooms and sweet corn to the vegetables.

Step 3

Add the za'atar and olive oil. (They used 3 tablespoons za'atar, season to taste)

Step 4

Squeeze lemons to extract juice and pour over the salad.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients together. They had 3 tablespoons of pepper and 2 tablespoons salt. I'm not doing that just season to taste.
