"I dindn't know they made rouladens in Mexico! They don't. I just invented one though. Very tasty and so easy.You can get your butcher to cut the rouladens for you - they are simply very thin slices of top round beef (or other cut) about 4 inches by 6 inches."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Roll open the rouladens and put 1/2 cup of refried beans on each along with 3 tablespoons of cheese
Step 2
Roll the rouladen, fasten with a tooth pick and place them side by side in an oven proof dish
Step 3
Pour the salsa over them,
Step 4
Cover with foil and bake in a 375f oven for 45 minutes
Step 5
Remove foil, add remaining cheese, return to oven uncovered and continue baking for 15 minutes or until the cheese has nicely melted and is golden
Step 6
Serve with sour cream and sliced avocados on top. You may want a bit of extra salsa too.
