"I like the flavour combination of Soy, ginger and garlic. The meat needs to marinate for at least 8 hours and is best left over night. This recipe is from the Thrifty Foods grocery chain. I made this with boneless Maui cut beef. Do these on the BBQ if you wish. Buy good quality ribs. The boneless ones I made were tough"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large zip lock bag combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic and sesame oil, Mix well.

Step 2

Add the meat.

Step 3

Seal the bag, turn it a few time, place in fridge. Leave for at least 8 hours or overnight

Step 4

Everytime you open the fridge turn it over.

Step 5

Remove ribs from marinade, discard marinade.

Step 6

Lightly oil a large skillet and cook the ribs for abour 3-4 minutes each side.

Step 7

Timing depends on the thickness of your meat.

Step 8

They should be nicely browned on the outside but still juicy in the middle
