"Some folks thought it was too salty with regular soy sauce, so go slow. You can add some sesame oil instead of all the sesame seeds, just don't add as much veggie oil . Some folks like chicken breast better than turkey, you do you. Add some snow peas or broccoli, cooked with pasta at end."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook the pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.
Step 2
Drain and cool pasta.
Step 3
Combine the cooled cooked pasta, turkey, green onions, carrots and sesame seeds in a large bowl.
Step 4
In a sauce pan, combine the soy sauce, (lite), oil, vinegar, peanut butter, sugar, ginger and red pepper flakes.
Step 5
Heat the mixture until just about to boil, stirring to make sure the peanut butter is completely melted.
Step 6
Cool.
Step 7
Pour the cooled dressing over the salad and toss well to combine, taste for seasoning and chill or serve at room temperature.
Step 8
Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
